Yes, we are happy to connect with you via remote desktop tools to help solve any computer/mobile phone issues. Your Parents' IT Guy can also consult over Zoom and other video conferencing tools if necessary.

We love to work on streaming setups and cord cutting (getting rid of cable TV or your old internet)! We can help you disconnect your old cable/internet devices, set up streaming devices and in-home antennas, and organize your streaming services setup to your liking.

We also help you set up HBO/Prime/Hulu/Netflix/YouTubeTV/etc. from scratch if needed.

Currently we work in the following San Diego cities: Carlsbad, Oceanside, Vista, San Marcos, Escondido, and other nearby areas. 

We're also starting work in the SE Wisconsin area. Remote desktop support and over-the-phone/Zoom help is also available.

Rates are reasonable on an hourly basis. Discussed over the phone/email.

Sort of. We visit you at your place of residence. Alternatively, we can pick up your tech and fix it at our offices in North County. Currently we offer tech support in Carlsbad, Oceanside, Vista, San Marcos, and other areas in San Diego's North County.
